Heide has 20 years of experience managing commercial real estate. At Unilev, she focuses on day-to-day operations, provides top of the line customer service to tenants, manages construction for tenant and capital improvements, and optimizes the financial performance of Wells Fargo Place. Heide holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from National Louis University, a Minnesota Real Estate License, and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designations.

Bill is the Senior Director of Planning & Public Affairs at the St. Paul Arena Company. He directs the organization’s public affairs efforts and spearheads projects related to the management and sustainability of the Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul RiverCentre and its associated functions. He previously served as Executive Director for the St. Paul RiverCentre Authority from 2001-2003 where he managed the merger of the RiverCentre Authority and the St. Paul Convention & Visitors Bureau, today known as Visit Saint Paul.

Clinton is an experienced Chief Executive Officer who is skilled in Apartments, Development, Sales, Market Analysis, Rentals, and Investment Properties. He is the President and CEO of Halverson and Blaiser Group, LTD, where he currently manages 2,000 Multi Family housing units and 250,000 square feet of commercial real estate. He is a broker for the management company and has developed 300 condominium units for sale in St. Paul, with the last unit having sold in 2011. Clinton is also currently converting the Pioneer Endicott buildings into Class A market rate multifamily housing.

Kori manages and leases multiple buildings in the northeast, south and southwest areas of the Twin Cities. She oversees a large portfolio of office showroom properties along with WMI's award-winning Drake Building and the company's Burnsville Medical Building. Before joining WMI in 2004, Kori was a property manager for Frauenshuh Companies, overseeing approximately one million square feet in downtown St. Paul. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and the Greater St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association.

Jerry joined Frauenshuh in January 2018. He oversees company-owned and 3rd party portfolios that total 110 properties and over 2.5 million SF. Property types include suburban and CBD commercial, medical office, industrial, retail and 85 financial services branch offices. Jerry’s team consists of seven property and facility directors and managers, four administrative assistants and fifteen engineers with responsibilities for strategic portfolio oversight, client asset and property management, financial reporting and forecasting, and client communications.

Jean is the Ramsey County Real Estate and Facilities Management Director with a proven track record of driving process improvement, performance management and delivering significant operational and financial results. She possesses extensive experience in strategic planning, transaction management, portfolio optimization, facilities management, operational and financial planning. She oversees operations, maintenance and improvements at more than 20 owned and leased Ramsey County properties.

Laura is the Director of Enterprise Facilities with Securian.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management & Interior Design from North Dakota State University, Fargo.  Laura is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience leading real estate strategies and managing facility operations, leasing, sustainability, and construction.  She is highly respected among peers, having served for the last eight years on the Board of Directors for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and helping establish Facilities Management programs at the University of Minnesota and Dunwoody College, Minneapolis.

Jordan is the President/CEO of Creative Lawn and Landscapes, a business he founded in 2005 and co-owns with Kirk Brum. Creative Lawn and Landscapes is a full service lawn care and landscape design firm servicing the Metro area. Jordan has been involved with commercial real landscape management for 20 years.
